I never thought I would ever feel this level of exhaustion. I'm exhausted by the time I get to my first appointment. I am exhausted at lunch. By the time I'm done with all my medical appointments I just need to sleep. It's insane. I still sleep a good 8-10 hours every night too. Sigh.
