Wednesday Goal Check In

This week has been tough - I've worked crazy hours and haven't been great about packing my food. I have been making better choices with the food available, so that's progress on the eating front.
I've also been REALLY good about hydrating and drinking 90% water.  I haven't added sugar to my tea, or anything non-water that I've had.




I've also picked up my exercise routine, doing yoga daily.  I've also started co-leading the Walk with Ease Program (an Arthritis Foundation program) for my job and I'm going to be walking at least 1 mile 3x a week.  I've also been getting my meditation in, so I feel like this has been a good week of progress.








Now to the scale:
Highest Weight: 235
Lowest Weight: Can't remember
Last week: 193
Current Weight: 192
Change: -1

I'm okay with the small change, because it's better than gaining. I need to get back to cooking my clean eats, and I know that it will kick start my weight loss again.
