I am cranky

Today is the procedure, and like most people, I didn't sleep well. My husband is sick with a pretty bad cold so I decided sleeping in the living room was in my best interest. It was soooo hot that I was tossing and turning all night.

As of yesterday I was on a clear liquid diet and today I am not to have anything to drink or eat until after my procedure, which is scheduled for 10:30.

I lost my order form for the procedure, and I'm sweating like crazy. I am also in pain but not sure how much pain killer I can take and the office doesn't open for a good 40 minutes.

I'm sitting out on my patio thinking about my NaNoWriMo story but the words are not coming out. With all the time I had last night, I progressed the story nicely. I just can't get it to flow.

Blah blah blah.

It's a beautiful day outside, I'm lucky I have insurance to cover the procedure, Dr. S. for fitting me in his schedule and taking good care of me, my husband for being supportive even as he's sick. Super grateful for my friend J.R. for driving a million miles to take me to and from my appointment, and sunshine and goodness.
