But today is a new day. I did my 10 situps, my plank-a-day, my 30 squats per Squat-a-Thon, and 30 minutes of yoga while my dog insistently found creative ways to lick my face while I was in various asanas. I still have the cold, but I'm committed to finishing out the month strong.

I am dealing with a cold too but nothing can keep me from working out - or at the least swimming - I have been over 100 pounds over weight and I do not want to go back there again - I desire to be healthy and will work everyday to improve my health even when I am sick or feeling bad! I have a colonoscopy this Friday but you will see me in the pool before I go in for that - 2013 is going to be my best health year ever!
