Wednesday Goal Check In

I've sort of fallen off the face of the planet the last few days, mainly because I have some funky stomach thing that causes me to reject food in all forms. It's been fun. Yesterday was the first day I kept food down, and this morning I'm feeling kind of shaky. I've been in bed or on the couch pretty much since Sunday, so I haven't had much to write about. Truthfully, if I wasn't working I was sleeping.

I can't take all the credit for the loss...obviously my body not taking in any nutrients and not moving did all the work for me.

On a positive note, I have been meditating a lot...pretty much every day for 10 minute stretches at a time, a couple of times a day. It helps relieve the nausea and headaches somewhat, so I'm grateful for that.

Hopefully, as I start feeling better this week, I'm going to double up on posts to catch up with the stuff that should have been going on. I am testing out a new Head & Shoulders product via Influenster, have a few Vitacost products that I've tried (one I really liked, and the other not so much to my taste) and one more to try, and my plans for the end of the year workout.

  1. It's nice to see a loss, but I'm sorry you're not feeling well. :( I hope you get better soon, and those 2 pounds stay away too! :)
