So it's a new year, and new things on the horizon.
The blog is going to change slightly. I'll still ramble on with my self reflections and realizations, because that's who I am. But I'm going to be talking a lot more (and practically) about food, exercise and work/life balance, because that's what's most important to me. I have set my intentions personally, focusing on finding calm, peace, health and joy. I am setting my goals as I go along and plan to crush them each month.
So January Goals:
- Start the Whole 30
- Go to yoga 3-4 days a week

- Start logging my walks - husband and I agreed to take at least 100 walks together this year.

- Drink more water.

- Actively participate in all the challenges I signed up for



- See my spiritual guru, Marianne Williamson, speak once a month

- Throw myself into my work with a passion and intensity that I thought long dead between 9 and 5 and leave work at work.

Looks like you've got some wonderful things planned for 2013, I especially like the dog walking with the other half!
