I still haven't found my work mojo, and I fell off the eating train pretty hard this weekend. But I woke up determined not to let the last two days be an indication of the week to come. Even though I slept later than I wanted to, I still got up and went through my new morning routine - 1 hour of working out. Half an hour of yoga, and half an hour of hand weights and body weight exercises. I left out the crunches and situps this morning because I was feeling a bit sore, but everything else was on the table. Pushups, plank holds, tricep dips, and all the arm weight stuff I've been doing.
I refuse to let my mistakes or slip-ups make me feel like I am a lost cause. Every day is a new opportunity to start again.
