Wednesday Goal Check In

Not exactly what I wanted, but I have a 3lb gain this week. I know why, and part of it was out of my control - thanks, monthly bloat - but I'm not happy.

Other than that, I've been pretty on point.

I'm meditating daily, I'm throwing myself into my work but leaving it at the office, I'm trying to reach out to friends, I'm making it to hot yoga (which I think is doing more harm than good), and I'm making an effort to be more active. I'm also getting more sleep.

Blah. I want to go back to bed.

  1. Girl we are on the same boat!! I also gained 3 pounds!! Don't worry about it , don't stress over it! Trust me I wanted to non-stop cry but it's ok! You are doing great, cheat days are fine. This is a journey and it takes time! Keep going my beautiful friend!!
