I slept a solid 7 hours, but was still up at 5am. So I decided to finish reading a novel, do some meditation, and get some exercise in. I wanted to tackle what I consider to be my biggest weakness - arm strength. So I did some tricep dips, skull crushers, pushups, plank holds and my nemesis - Chaturanga. For the life of me, I can't seem to make my body hold that pose, but I'm not going to let that stop me. My goal is to master the Chaturanga. It will not keep me down.

Sounds like a worthy goal! I'm sure you'll accomplish it with that kind of determination!
