#Whole30 Day 1

I confess, it has been super easy because I worked from home today. I also used some Pre-Made Paleo meals.  Honestly, it's one of the simplest food routines I've ever been on. I am eating lots of meat and veggies.Yes, I do have cravings, but I just ask myself "Would I eat steamed fish and broccoli right now?" and if the answer is no, I drink tea or water.

I do have a bit of a headache, but that's more from waiting too long to eat dinner. So far so good!

  1. Good luck! I think it'll be worth it. :) Where do you get pre-made Paleo meals from? Or do you mean you just prepped meals beforehand? I like your idea of asking yourself if you'd eat something healthy right now, when cravings come on... I think I'll use that!
